Preparation of lease agreements and any other vicissitudes having as object rights over real estate and monitoring of the entire negotiation process;

Monitoring of deeds of purchase and sale and others;

Structuring of investment vehicles and real estate investment funds;

Structuring and monitoring of urban operations;

Participation in multidisciplinary teams, in order to develop instruments for territorial management and others; and

Monitoring of licensing operations for the sector and real estate investments.
