  • Drafting employment agreements adjusted to the needs and interests of clients;
  • Accompanying the client in the resolution and clarification of any question about the employment relationship and working conditions;
  • Conducting disciplinary procedures;
  • Organising and conducting any other procedures that may lead to the termination of the employment agreement;
  • Accompanying the client in any legal proceedings;
  • Providing all advisory services in the various welfare and social security areas related to the employment relationship, in order to guide the client towards the most appropriate solutions for the specific case.
