Ana Rita Rodrigues has 19 years of experience in law, having always dedicated herself to civil litigation and providing legal advice to clients in the field of real estate law.

Over the years, she has developed the execution and monitoring of legal proceedings and processes related to construction contracts, leases, condominiums, insolvencies, and real estate investment funds.

She graduated in Law from Lusíada University in Lisbon, complementing her studies with a Postgraduate Degree in Real Estate Law from the Autonomous University of Lisbon.

She began her career in 2002 as a trainee lawyer at Sampaio Morais Cardoso & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, R.L., where she worked primarily in the areas of civil litigation, credit recovery, and insolvency. In 2004, she joined Belzuz Advogados Sociedade de Advogados, where she worked in the Credit Recovery Department.

She joined PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, S.P., R.L., between 2005 and 2023, as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate, working in the areas of real estate law, also taking on responsibilities in the area of real estate litigation, coordinating cases, distributing tasks, and defining strategies in collaboration with the department’s leadership.
